Overview
A permanent visa allowing an employer to sponsor a skilled worker to fill a position permanently.
Eligibility Requirements
Sponsored by an approved Australian employer under the Direct Entry, Temporary Residence Transition, or Labour Agreement stream.
Relevant skills, qualifications and generally at least three years' relevant work experience (Direct Entry stream).
Positive skills assessment where required for your occupation.
Competent English (unless exempt).
Under 45 years of age at time of application, with some exemptions.
